You have to recite 4 rounds of Guroo mantra and you can dedicate mantra jap to Gurudev. Whenever you want to perform the above vashikaran tilak prayog, you can chant this mantra for 1 round and then you can apply the oil on clothes of the person.
Another Vashikaran Prayog on Holi

You can again recite 4 rounds of Guru mantraa. After doing mantra jap, on the next day of this vashikaran tilak prayog, you can wear energised aak root in your hand. You will surely get positive results but keep this thing in your mind. After every chant of vashikaran prayog from indrajaal, you should recite 4 rounds of Guru mantraa at the start and at the end.
